Area Representative Richard Price Posted April 5, 2009 Area Representative Share Posted April 5, 2009 Mike, Article 13 in the event regulations reads:-A Competitor Bulletin containing details of the competition number will be posted to competitors at the address shown on the submitted entry form on Monday 20st April.
