snuttall
Any joy? I need one of the eralier models and they are like hens teeth apparently. Rover Link can do the later one, but I remember some discussions around the fact the later version isn't compatible? CageyH
Part number you need for an early one is TRW 07/00729/00 EMCU Issue b version 1.0 Go to a scrap yard, and look for the following: any 200/400 from 1990 onwards, The 600/800 with the T series Rover engine in Turbo or NASP form uses the same one as does the Metro 1994 and the 100 from 1995-1999. Also the bubble 200/400 aslong as it's got the Rover engine so avoid any 416 auto as thats the Honda unit and any MG-F from 1995-1999 wil also have the same unit but it's hidden away on them. The 800 is the best to get one from, esp an 820. It's just behind the drivers head light and is dead easy to get to. Only dead fish go with the flow....! snuttall
Mav Let down it seems ☹️ Could you check the part no. when you get a chance on your spare? The one I'm after is YWB 10022, not YWB 100970 - should be on a sticker on the bottom of the box. Cheers 😶🌫️
