Type 9 oil level and type?

I cant find my manual and dont know what type of oil and how much to put in gearbox.

Caterham gearbox oil is GL4. On first fill I think 1.25-1.5 litres will go in as there is oil in from the production. Its level is the plug so fill until it runs out.

Ford dealers should sell the stuff too

Thanks guys,i posted in a bit of a rush if i had looked properly the chassis plate tells me the oil is EP 80. I found the best way to fill it was to remove G box top cover pour in the oil till it came out of overflow, i had to cut down an allen key to get the drain plug back in though its a bit tight under there.

I had to refill it because the engine and box had been out.

When Phil at Road & Race tranmissions rebuilt my Quaife box some years ago he recormended Shell Spirax G80 oil. Phil as some of you know is also a 7 owner.
