Slider7
Anybody has got one of these surplus to requirements ? If the price is right 😬, I could be interested as an intermediate solution for my R300 VVC engine (not fitted yet) ... until I've got the funds for the solid cam conversion, forged pistons, DTH TB's & Emerald ECU “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away” Antoine de Saint Exupery Edited by - Slider@7 on 14 Mar 2009 12:13:

taffyracer
Slider, sorry I bought the R400 as well! But, i have an EU2 VVC from my 2000 car, only done 6,600 miles with mega servicing by Millwood, just has cambelt changed, going to be selling soon if you're interested, if so email me http://www.xlraceparts.com Edited by - taffyracer on 9 Mar 2009 15:59:
Slider7
Already have a brand spanking new R300 VVC engine sitting here ... waiting to be dropped into my car ... just need a matching (160 bhp VVC) ECU to be able to run it As said, the CC R300 VVC ECU will only be a temporary solution ... If nothing comes up in the next few weeks/months, I'll have to go for an Emerald ECU straight away (now that's a good excuse for SWBMO) 😬 “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away” Antoine de Saint Exupery Edited by - Slider@7 on 9 Mar 2009 16:05:
