LazerBrain
I have an oil cooler that was fitted on my 1.6K when I bought it. It comes with a sandwich plate, but I have no idea of the fittings. Would a photo help? cheers, Darren.
lancelot
Hi, Yes a photo of the oil connection would help and if you could measure the diameterof the thread. Give me an idea of price, as if it isn't JIC -6 I'll have to factor in a couple of adaptors. Cheers
LazerBrain
Pics now available here The diameter measured on the outside of the thread is 20.3mm (though my calipers are not in the best of condition.) There are also 2 adapters as well as the sandwich plate. The adaptors appear to have inner diameters of 18.7mm and 17.3mm. The male section fits onto the hoses attached to the sandwich plate. I'm looking for 30 quid for the whole lot (I think someone on another thread is interested in the sandwich plate, not sure about the pipes.) I'm tidying out my garage so make an offer. Postage will be at cost. cheers, Darren.
