I failed my first two tests (1964).

Then I had a haircut (it was below my shoulders - not the fashion then.) Bought a suit and put on a shirt and tie. The examiner complemented me on my driving and gave me a pass.

I wonder what he thought as I screamed away from the test centre?

She must have been to Cadence
😬 😬 😬

Ickl FH was taught by the Hirsute One 😶‍🌫️ - took her test in my Scirroco Scala - he was sweating blood when she hadn't returned after the designated time, only to find out the examiner had enjoyed himself so much, he'd put in an extra loop *smokin*

Her brother was a different matter...although normally a broad-minded chap regarding 'further development', he still feels the training stops when you've passed the test *eek* Fortunately, after a couple of early (minor) mishaps, he drives like a wuss and you wouldn't persuade him into the 7 for all the tea in China. As he now lives in the 🙆🏻-end of the world, *cry* he takes them thar hills reet carefully *thumbup*

FH *cool*
