taffyracer
This might be the wrong section as it's not technically for sale, i'm considering swapping my 6 speed for a sequential, but before I make a decision I wanted to gauge interest in my 6 speed, it's only done 6,600 miles from new in 2000 and is fine in all gears, would be happy to discuss by email to anyone that would be interested in buying it, if the offer is decent i'll most likely accept! http://www.xlraceparts.com Edited by - taffyracer on 26 Feb 2009 21:10:

taffyracer
Well, i've seen boxes go for £1,500+, looking for as close to £1,800 as possible http://www.xlraceparts.com Edited by - taffyracer on 26 Feb 2009 22:34:32 Edited by - taffyracer on 27 Feb 2009 08:59:

Harry Flatters
As tiddy1 says, I think you'll be pressed to get £1800 for an unrefreshed 2nd user box in the current climate ☹️ *arrowright*Harry Flatters *arrowright* AKA Steve Mell - Su77on Se7ener

taffyracer
Optimist i am, £1,500 I would be happy wiht given it's only done a few 0000 odd miles and just been serviced, will see what happens, might place a firm for sale ad when i've decided which way to go http://www.xlraceparts.com Edited by - taffyracer on 7 Mar 2009 13:22:
taffyracer
OK, this is now for sale, looking for £1,500. According to my records the box was new in 2003, the car is a Year 2000 car and has only covered 6,600 miles in 9 years so I suspect the box has no more than 4,000 miles use and judging from the car's condition I don't think it's been tracked either. It has recently been given a fluid change by Millwood and comes with the 6 speed CC gearknob and the clutch which I believe is an AP version http://www.xlraceparts.com Edited by - taffyracer on 8 Mar 2009 11:41:
Geoff Wilcx
What usage has the box had - road - trackday or race? www.geoffwilcoxphotography.co.uk
taffyracer
I'm not 100% sure, it certainly has not been raced, the condition would suggest to me that the car hasn't been tracked, the car in total has done 6,600 miles since 2000 and the box was fitted in late 2003, looking at the service history the box will have not done more than 3,700 miles and really is in top condition, everything is very smooth http://www.xlraceparts.com
taffyracer
Updated to add that the box will also come with the clutch which I believe is an AP version http://www.xlraceparts.com
