changing rear anti-roll bar

Can anyone offer advice on changing from std to Watt's link a/r bar on a dedion (97 Superlight) chassis.

 

ie pros & cons of this setup and approximate cost, best way to go about it etc.

Just to clarify, the ARB is not "Watts linkage specific". You can run either ARB with either radius arms or the Watts link. The angles that the links take up on the overslung bar are rather better than the underslung one, meaning that the action of the overslung is possibly more progressive, particularly in the stiffer settings.

 

You only need the underslung (SLR/R500/"Watts linkage") ARB if you run the very large wide wheels and tyres from the SLR/R500.
