Minolta Dimage Scan Dual 35 mm negative and slide scanner

The original Dimage Scan Dual, not the II, III or IV.

 

Needs a SCSI card to work. I will include card and cable from my old PC with the scanner. Not sure if it fit all PCs as they seem to change stuff every five minutes and I'm no expert.

 

Make great scans of 35 mm negs or slides of approx. 8 megapixels. Used up until recently until I went over to a laptop. It worked on XP, my son recently downloaded drivers for the scanner. My new laptop has Vista and not sure if I can somehow adapt it to the laptop. Seems too much of a pain to me and I have now scanned the stuff I wanted.

 

Comes with holders for slides or negatives. One frame of the negative carrier has been filed to get the full frame as the carrier masks a tiny little bit. If you have negs that have detail that is being masked you can use the filed frame. We used to do this with enlargers in the old days. Comes with reference guide and CD. Also works with MacKintosh according to the manual.

 

I've seen them go on eBay for £100.00 so that is what I am asking. To include UK carriage.
