CageyH
Dave, You got any big trees near your house over here? (I don't remember there being any). We took a right battering here yesterday. No leccy for most of the day, and no water, apart from what was falling horizontally. Only dead fish go with the flow....!

Wile7
Hi Cagey Thanks for the tip off mate. We saw the news on the TV here and also had calls from the inlaws and familly between Perpignan, Toulouse an d Les Landes before all communications went dead (phone lines and mobile comms). Sounds pretty bad ☹️ No trees near us but the roof may have lost some tiles and things.......and hopefully no windows were smashed up. Will have top wait until our neighbours contact us to advise accordingly..... How did you fare out at St Paul sur Save?? Dave Ardley. White Xflow with Clams The Bearded Clams King Clam Of Clam Hill! CageyH
Myles - 50p won't fit Wile - No idea about St Paul sur Save, but Montaigut sur Save was ok. A few neighbours have lost trees, and some access to their houses as the trees have blocked the entrances to drives etc. but we got off lightly. No damage from what I can see - apart from two bolts coming out of the gate (which hold on the blatcave opening mechanism). Only dead fish go with the flow....! Wile7
*arrowup*Sorry Kev....Montaigut it is 😬 *arrowup* Thanks Roy The place seems to have taken a bit of a battering but lets hope all is ok Good news - inlaws have lost the whole conservatory off the back of the house They are down on the coast near Barcares and they only had the thing put on last summer. It was an aluminium and glass constrution built on the first floor 'terrace' to enclose it - about 4m by 3m and it was simply 'lifted off' and tossed into oblivion Thankfully the father in law never really liked it anyway - saying he only had it done because mother in law wanted it.....so he is as happy as Larry 😬 😬 Dave Ardley. Normans_Ghost
We're a about 300 miles North and it was a bit windy here. All the trees are still standing and the roof is still on - I hope.
