Where is ted_7 wink.gif when you need him, it's been done to his exhaust and he seems to be happy with it. Ted_7 Posted June 26, 2002 Share Posted June 26, 2002 Oooops... Yes that's right ! I also assisted to the operation and saw the inside of the exhaust (I know, I'm a novice). So, before, inside the exhaust it was just a perforated tube with some special acoustic fibre on it. To low down the noise, the guy added kinda perforated sphere at the top of the perforated tube and this at the beginning of the muffler. Now the sound is more comfortable, not really silencious (people are still turning their heads as they hear me at 500 meters) but much more comfortable for long trips !
