paul jacobs
I'm after a pair of black windscreen stanchions, with or without screen, frame, glass or parts of please. They are for a CSR, but of course SV ones are the same, though I don't suppose standard ones will fit, probably too small. Paul J. Gingerbread Man
Hammerite Black Satin paint? Or a power coaters? Will cost roughly the same if not less.
paul jacobs
I know all about Hammerite Black satin, great for touching up [ooer Missus ], but not so good for permanently spraying anodised ali. What exactly is a 'power coater'?

paul jacobs
Actually, and more seriously, can existing anodised aluminum be powder coated, or does the anodising have to be stripped off first? Stationary M25 Traveller
I would think it would be ok, but a phone call to a PC company will soon reveal all.
paul jacobs
All very well using my existing ones, but what if I want to change back to a silver screen in due course, probably best to get the black stanchions in the 1st place?
