stevefoster
1L might be enough depends how quickly you get the air out. 2l will def see it done so I'd get that much in. If you are DOT4 or DOT5.1 then cheap enough. AP600 or the Castrol high temp stuff and it gets a more expensive... Add lightness, says the man with a VX :-) My 2002/2003 racing pics here General pics (mostly of 7's and cars). here
Frying Pan
A litre should be enough, but you don't want to run out half way through, so I'd get a couple of litre bottles just in case. If you don't need the second bottle, either take it back or it should be OK to keep for a while as long as you don't open it. -----See some pictures of the build here. 15000 miles completed! Steve Campbell
I'm planning to bleed my brakes this weekend for the first time (as in me doing it 'v' getting it done at a service 😬). Manual says Dot 4...is Halfords standard Dot 4 fine for the 7 ? (1996 1.6kss) or should I be looking for something else ? I do a couple of track days a year but mostly low mileage road blatting..... Thanks Steve Campbell P889 GRR
Roadsport06
DOT 4 will be fine but 2 l is best to use, its cheap to buy and you might use more than 1l BRG and Yellow nose now with added brooklands
Irrelevant
If the system's dry there will be no old carp fluid coming out so you can reuse anything that does come out . . . 1000cc will be plenty.
