Squadron Leader Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 Is there anyone in the collective here that can give me a value on a 2005 VW Golf 1.9 Sport 5 door hatchback with alloy wheels and winter pack (heated front seats) and metallic paint. This car is one owner from new and with full service history. It has got 76000 miles on the clock BUT........it had a complete full new engine fitted by VW under warranty so the engine has only covered 16k. If it's an 05 registration its trade price if £5,400, +£250 if its a 55 plate. I don't think the engine makes any difference.
