R2D2 Posted June 19, 2002 Share Posted June 19, 2002 Anodising magnesium does improve its corrosion resistance but it is quite difficult to anodise some of the higher strength alloys and get even results over the entire surface. Just gotta decide between R500 wheels or Superlight 3 piece ( as in rear of club mag ) ????? Mine are loppy and I'm sure if they were painted it'd be easier to get them back into good health. As it is I'm going to have my spare set of rims anodised to try and prove the point to myself...
