Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted October 29, 2008 Leadership Team Share Posted October 29, 2008 Does anyone know if these are the same as for the standard FIA bar? Regards, Michael.
Graham Perry
When I got my standard FIA bar with a petty strut, the strut was telescopic and you had to drill a hole and insert a bolt to make it the correct length. It would have reached a taller bar. This was many years ago though so it may have changed since Edited by - Graham Perry on 29 Oct 2008 20:54:

Stuart McGill
Michael, I'm selling a Pettt Strut that is on ebay at the moment. It is for the standard FIA bar (as thats what I have) but I think it is also telescopic as mentioned above. I say think because it is still in its plastic packaging thats sealed. Ends this Sunday here Stuart
BYKer Will
I've a tall arch fia bar and the standard caterham supplied strutt isn't long enough even though they said it would fit. It was predrilled (in the wrong place) which seemed strange and I haven't got round to taking it back yet. Will
u01rsb
My caged FIA petty strut (2005) is for the standard sized FIA roll-bar. It is not telescopic and I doubt it would fit the larger roll-bar. CC will tell you... Edited by - u01rsb on 31 Oct 2008 16:07:
