PTP had a Vulcan VHPD head with valves, springs and hudraulic lifters on offer for around £1000 incl VAT a year ago. Might be worth to give them a bell. Mark W your VHPD head was just what I have been waiting for, Joachim showed it to me. Shame you could not have waited. 😔 I would have paid more Slider@7 there are quite a few VHPD heads for sale with porting or repairs.
