Guy Lowe Posted October 19, 2008 Share Posted October 19, 2008 Son has gone off to University so I'm clearing the bedroom out ready for the Swedish Au Pair 😬  We have various Vinyl covered weights as follows 2 x 45cm spinlock bars. 1 x 165cm spinlock bar. 6 x locking collars. 4 x 1.1 Kg 4 x 2.3 Kg 6 x 4.5 Kg 2 x 11.3 Kg Similar to: THIS SET but gold in colour and extra weights. There is also one of THESE but may have a few bolts missing. LazerBrain Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 I had a Christmas job in Argos when I was 18 and the only relief from the stockroom was carrying weights out to put in a customer's car. I had to laugh at the concept of someone spending a few weeks working up to lifting a few of the weights, and I'd have to pick the lot up and put them in a car in one go. One car was so rusty I had to carefully pick the one section of the boot which I thought would actually hold the box without it falling through...! cheers, Darren.
