Member Jonathan Kay Posted April 12, 2014 Member Share Posted April 12, 2014 Thanks for the advice: just done it. No problems. Used the Gunson Eezibleed and a reservoir from Draper which has a one-way valve. Everything fitted including one of the included caps for my reservoir. Took about 1 hr but could be done a lot faster. No fluid where it shouldn't be. No air gap but colour of fluid changed enough. I had to reinflate the tyre a few times which surprised me. 1.4 bar. The bottle which I didn't put the fluid in doesn't do anything apart from wasting compressed air, it would be sensible to join its two hoses end to end. RS2000
Jonathan, with that draper reservoir, can you see how much fluid is in it? traditionally it would have been a glass jam jar (!) so easy to see.... Thanks
Member Jonathan Kay Posted April 12, 2014 Member Share Posted April 12, 2014 Yes, with a bit of light to hold it against. The one-way valve isn't needed in this method but it was cheap enough. Jonathan
