Off topic: What difference between a Land Rover and a Defender?

Defender range of cars go from 90 pick up ,van, 7 seater through 110 same then specialised lengths of 130 and 150 in commercial and specialised formats

the Defender has only been available in diesel since 1992 with the exception of the limited edition 50th anniversary 90 which in england was v8 automatic and was lovely You should look into the special models produced in France because I remember they produced some lovely examples including a pick up in yellow with alloys ask your Land Rover agent about these

I shall pop down to the Land Rover dealer in St Germain-en-laye tomorrow. The good news is that they are not far from my home.

The most attractive to me is the 110 Crew Cab, a combination of SW and pickup.

The fact that the turn lights and the windscreen wipers are identical to those of my Caterham makes a strong argument to convince the wife :lower cost of maintenance...
