Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted August 31, 2008 Author Leadership Team Share Posted August 31, 2008 No. Near Slough. Come to think of it, Slough being washed away doesn't sound so bad... Michael.

Simon.Rogers1
Had lunch with Adrian this afternoon. Left at 5:15 just as it was at its worst. We floated down the rapids as far as the M4 Then got the outboard motor out until the A34 junction. There was a line across the road and we didn't see another drop all the way home. But it did cross my mind that you guys would be glad not to be out in it 😔
RichardO
I was out marshalling yesterday - the new superleague formula thingy had their first meeting at Donington. One race in the dry... then a reverse grid race during a monsoon. Complete the following equation 750 BHP + drivers new to the car + no driver aids + flooded track = ? A lot of very wet marshals around, but at least they gave us a free lunch R Edited by - RichardO on 1 Sep 2008 08:45:
Adrian Williams
Simon, it got worse When you left there were rivers running down the gutters on each side of the road but within an hour the whole road was a river ❗ Also the little summer house thingy in the back garden was under water despite standing above the lawn I told yopu it was a good day for a BBQ Adrian
