felix.klauser Posted June 11, 2002 Share Posted June 11, 2002 My starter motor has finally given up the ghost after 6 hard years. The solenoid is falling apart and the motor itself has lost the end bearing cap for the main shaft. Does anyone have a cross reference to a Bosch or Lucas part? It's Magnetti Marelli as originally fitted to a 96 crossflow. The part numbers on the starter are 27048A and M79(0.9) but I haven't found anything they correspond with. Thanks...
