Peter Carmichael Posted June 18, 2002 Share Posted June 18, 2002 Good idea to do some research through Dave Andrews website (here) or have a word with the man himself because starting from a bare casting means you have to source a lot of bits. dave is good at getting deals. 500 quid is a reasonable price for one of these castings, but an overall project will be significantly more. I'm only trying to scare people off because I want it as a spare... Randif Ecker Posted June 19, 2002 Share Posted June 19, 2002 wouldn't it make more sense for you to pick up another vvc head pc? at least then you could use all the bits you currently have. i'd like another vhpd head. have seen another one recently but chap is holoding onto it for his spare. i'm trying to work on him a bit but he's not cracking yet. anyone have any idea how much these are new from the manf?
