Simon_hill
For sale is a petty strut as fitted to FIA roll bars. I asked Caterham to give me one when I bought the car, but it wasn't until a few years later when I tried to fit it, that I realised it's the wrong length for my car. Between mounting point centres, it measures 97cm. It has a detachable lower section. Bolts are included. Good condition. Picture available on request. £15 O.N.O. plus P+P or collection from Beds/Northants border. Cheers, Simon

Simon_hill
Hi Peter, No problem - one day next week OK? Perhaps I can take it into work and we can meet at lunch or after work sometime (or you're welcome to pop over one evening) Cheers, Simon

6speedmanual
Hi Simon Sorry, I've been really occupied with other things this week. Still interested. Is it designed for the Caged X cross-braced roll-over bar with the two mounting holes 85mm apart equispaced about the CL of the top tube of the bar and then goes down to side frame at front of passenger 'door aperture'? SIII chassis 2005 ? Could still pop over, maybe tomorrow after GP? Have to go into office in morning.
