Posted on behalf of Michael Burnham who does not have internet access this evening.

What car do the standard indicator repeaters from the front wings come from? Are they likely to be available quickly from anywhere local rather than Caterham/Redline?

Thanks - Michael.

Michael, do you mean the almost rectangular shaped orange repeaters that are normally positioned on the edge of the wings?

If so, I'm certain I have some in the garage that I didn't use on my build as I went for the circular Fiat ones in the side of the headlamp bowls.

Give me a call tomorrow or mail me at the office. You could pick them up on your way home if you like. *thumbup*

Hi Mike,

I suggested Michael might want to collect them as I happen to know he works in the very town where I live and is often to be found collecting specialist tools from me on his way home. *wink*

I can do it however you want though. I am 99.9% sure I still have them in the garage but will need to confirm later if that's ok. Do you want to blatmail me your telephone number and I will call you?

If Michael is in the office today and doesn't mind, he could collect later as I am always home before he leaves his office for the day.

Anyhow, let me know how you both want to do it. *thumbup*

Mike

Do you really need them? When I changed my front wings for the umpteenth time last year I left the repeaters off. A few weeks later the car was MOT'd without any trouble at all and no mention of a need for side indicators. I am sure many of our fellow competitors run without them.

Change your front wings to big-head attachments and you can whip them off whenever you want to *eek*

Fun is not a straight line.
