catastrada
2 days ago, I decided to replace the rear brake pads of my R300 (rear standard calipers) Unfortunately, I broke the right copper brake pipe. And you know how it always goes : I have a track day session on Saturday. I decided to replace both brake pipes with "flexi" brake hoses. I pick up one set of these hoses at Mog Racing who had one in stock . But I'm not sure how to fit it exactely. Following this picture, I'm pretty sure that : A goes into the 3 way connector B goes into C (B does not fit the thread of D) D goes into the caliper But what do I do with E and F ? catastrada
I have my answer and I share it for search purpose. This set is not done exclusively for the rear brakes of the Caterham. The part A on the picture can be used "through" a body pannel (like our front brake hoses for example, that are going through our side pannels). If used this way, they need to be fixed to the pannel, and that's the purpose of E. So E is useless.
catastrada
As I did the job I now can say that E goes between A and the 3 way connector as A is a bit too long
