David Lynch
Contrasting Numbers only on car, rather than rectangular white background and black numbers? Seems for Speed events the rule is local and relaxed? Discuss... Noticed recent photo's have numbers on nose too, was that a Shelsley specific requirement? I must remember that I'm in public

David Lynch
Mark Car is dark blue so looks like either way is possible. I'll go route of white panels on the side of the car to hide some of the road rash 😬 I was reading C(b) 6 (the Black numbers on White Rectangle) and I 30. Cars will be identified by a Competition number allocated by the Organisers. This must be visible from each side of the vehicle and displayed on a contrasting background in a manner acceptable to the Chief Timekeeper. Numbers must be covered at all times whilst driving on the public highway. David I must remember that I'm in public
Mark Durrant
David Other drivers with similarly coloured cars use white competition numbers and the important thing is to ensure is that the numbers can be easily read by the timekeepers.
