Smokin' (and not in the Mask sort fo way)

It at least appears that I get a small issue of smoke (or maybe steam) from the right hand vents (looked at from the drivers seat) in the front of the car.

 

Any ideas ? It is not plumes just a small amount, and before you all say exhaust of the car infront it does it solo with no traffic around, everytime the car comes to a stop. Maybe its all the time but I can't see it in the air flow ?

 

No visible signs of oil etc on the air cleaner from the outside.

 

All sensible suggestions gratefuly appreciated.

Possibly a hole in the radiator eaking a small amount of water?
