Ed
If so, what are your opinions of it? How does it compare to a carbed 20XE without an ECU? Edited by - Ed on 30 May 2002 17:00:
stevefoster
I run the Webcon 3d system. I have tried it now on 40mm chokes and 38mm chokes with appropriate jetting. I used to have the MBE 2d mapping ECU before this. It gives better low speed driving / better throttle response. It masks the driveability difference of the larger chokes to smaller chokes less noticeable. I get 8mpg more on the 3d mapping on the motorway... The exhaust manifold does not glow in the dark at motorway speeds anymore due to the more efficient timing/buring of the fuel. Paul Turner
Ed A bit off track but I am running one on my Zetec and it seems fine, easy to fit, fully finished wiring loom but watch the preset rev limit, mine came at 6600 and had to go back to be reset to the 7200 requested.
