Im in Northern Ireland, BT23, so postage is on top. Should've said that on first post, will update it.

 

Osmosis is when water gets between the gelcoat & matting. It appears like tiny blisters on the surface. You can feel them if you run your hand over the surface. It would really need painted to bring it up to scratch. It currently has a sticky number plate on it.

 

You have first dibs, but if you aren't interested in light of the above, no problems at all.
