Rev limiter cuts in erraticly, ECU fuse dies

I drive a VVC

 

Since a couple of weeks, the rev limiter cuts in sometimes very early as soon as 5000 rev and sometimes 5500 rev

If I just work the clutch and let the engine go to 3000 rev, it then works normally for sometimes

 

The problem seems to get worst over the last couple of days as now when I cut the ignition the ECU fuse dies. I don t know if this is of a similar problem

 

Anyone can help a deseperate driver?
