What is it and how do I tighten it?

Playing under the bonnet with young Mr Gardener, we found a pipe from the top of the Apollo to the casing. At the casing, it seemed loose. What does it do? More to the point, how do you tighten it since the bolt at the connection with the casing dorsn't seem to move. Any ideas?

Oh, it's a VVC if that makes any difference.

Tarek it's a vent/ breather hose. The male threaded part fitted in the rocker cover has a locking nut, to tighten this joint if it's lose(like mine!) you have to take the rocker cover off to hold the nut on the inside.

When I first fitted the Caterham kit it had a couple of crush washers for sealing this air/oil bleed fitting to cam box. Useless items! They are best replaced with a solid washer and a bit of sealant. Problem on mine now solved as a one way valve now fitted to give instant oil pressure reading as opposed to the slight delay that normally accompanies Apollo tanks!
