I agree the tuned engines are very expensive I spent a small fortune on mine it was noticeably quicker than before but it went pop at Cadwell, threw a rod through the crankcase!!. It was tuned with reliability in mind so we kept to the standard rev limit. Not sure why it failed. Not sure I want to spend that sort of money again.
