KenEvans
Blimey David - you don't mind holding it on the rev limiter for a while! Was that maxing out on speed?
david nelson
The lights come on at 7300 so some way of the limiter at 7600or 7800? I do not have anough power to hit the limiter in top. Max speed is 118mph. David

Support Team Shaun_E Posted April 29, 2008 Support Team Share Posted April 29, 2008 Top tip - put gaffer tape over the leading edge of the tonneau and half door. I've been doing this ever since I nearly ran over Tam and Michael's tonneau at Pembrey. I watched my Goodwood video last night. Due to the windscreen I couldn't get to max revs in 6th but I did get to nearly 7000 which according to gearcalc is about 130mph . Yesterday I ordered a pair of perspex aeroscreens!
