AndreK
Local Vauxhall Dealer Nash in Cardiff, with which I have no connection, is selling 25 litre containers of Vauxhall branded full synthetic oil (5W/40 grade) for £37.50 plus vat. This equates to £1.76 including vat, per litre. Judging by the packaging of the 5 litre packs of the same product, it is almost certainly Millers origin. OK so it's not Mobil 1, but probably suitable for most non race uses, you could change it every 1500 miles at that price
Phil
The main dealer is normaly supplied by DELPHI [used to be A C DELCO] and if it has an API reading on it of SJ it is quality oil and I have been using it for years in my AUDI, VW camper van,Cavelier and my 1700SS x/f seven. This just goes to show you how much profit the main dealer makes when they sell it in 1ltrs to you when servicing your car. Retail pack for 5ltr is £28.50, Even if it is a Morris product with the correct API reading on it, it is a bargain.
