Wile7
Hi guys and gals.  Following a 'both feet first' ebay impulse on a cheap runaround ( 😬) I am after a set of alloy wheels for a 1995 E class W124. You never know what folk might have tucked up in their garages or sheds nowadays........ 😬 AMG ones would be nice.........  You never know.........  Dave Ardley. PaulCo
Now that's a coincidence! I too impulse purchased a 1994 W124 estate last year (though I will passionately justify the logic of my purchase), and while cleaning it yesterday, had the same thought about wheels! So if you find a hoard of AMG wheels (perhaps the 5 spoke ones with polished rims?) I'll join you in a bulk buy  Paul

PaulCo
Don't get me started!! Last of the Mercs built to a standard rather than a price, and in my view, a classier looking car than the one that superceded it. Plus, not too precious to haul stone slabs from the builders merchants (and the advantage of self-levelling rear suspension!) Like the Caterham, it gets smiles of affection from everyone, without the "baggage" that comes with other badges / newer cars. All it needs to improve it is some nice wheels! Paul
