Irrelevant
My last reliable(ish) PC has given up . . .. PSU this time. I've taken it into Maplins and PCWorld and the combined huuummms and haaaws or their technical staff lead me to believe this will be hard to replace as it has a weird connector that is needed for early P4 motherboards. And I do need this connector. Does anyone who knows what I'm on about have any suggestions as to where I can get such an obsolete PSU (ideally 400W)? andy_h
I've a couple of older PSU's with strip plug connectors. I'll blatmail you my email address and if you reply with some photos of your existing PSU and it's connectors I'll see if they match. Casbar
I replaced a P4 motherboard PSU only last week. I went an bought a PSU from PC World. Just get a PSU that is for an ATI motherboard and that should be ok, mine cost me £24 I think.
