Way OT!!! Fireplace back plate, hood, beam etc

OK, this could perhaps be the mots OT ad in the for sale section 😬

 

However, knowing the diverse bunch of characters that make up our club, it's worth a try.

I have just stripped our open fireplace in order to insert a large contemporary stove and now have a few very useable items that need to be sold.

 

A large steel fire hood and stainless steel flue. All in mint condition. I'll get the details, photos and dimensions to anyone interested.

 

Cast iron fireback. Again, a good size and in excellent condition. Details to anyone interested.

 

And finally, a pile of york stone consisting of large flat slabs which formed the original hearth and lots of stone which were on the walls.

 

Finally, I have a large oak beam, about 5 foot in length.

 

Yep, I know the detail is all vague but it must be of use to someone and if you contact me I'll talk you through the detail and send photos etc.

 

All located in Surrey/Sussex borders.

 

Do I get a prize for the most obscure item for sale on Blatchat? 😬
