Scruffy old cheap Bench Seats to re-cover

I'd like some bench seats in red and can re-cover them myself if cheap black ones can be sourced, preferably not rotten ply or foam tho.

 

I can collect from most places. (Although areas with Celts, Surfers, Dragons and Coider folk may be a long drive).

 

Is £20 + £10 to NTL enough to prise these out of a garage corner, (from behind the bicycles, near the abandoned rowing machine).
