Made the girls at school cry after he was shot - it really pissed me off we had a school assembly where Imagine was played - imagine the world with no possessions - yeah right written by a multi, multi etc millionaire, imagine a world with no violence, yeah right written by a man with a failed marriage, ever asked yourself why it failed?, he was just a guy (maybe jealous 😬) people deified him when all he could do was write a really good song

Edited b4 people get upset (This is the sheds afterall) he was a very good songwriter, BUT he wasn't the second coming, or Mother Teresa or the Dalai Lama, even in my teens I could see the difference unlike the mass hysteria that happened (one the first mass hysteria at someone dying that you didn't know that happened in my lifetime culminating in the rubbish that was Princess Di)
