Phil
If we all do our little jobs and put pen to paper with a few digital photos could we not do a page or two to go into LOWflying each month as a supliment to collect to build up your own manual. oil change wheel change tyre care setting tappets valeting fitting seats fitting a heater etc etc just an idea. What do you think?
New Barbie
Sounds like a good idea to me, although a lot of seven owners are adept with a spanner, there are also a lot who could use a series of no nonsense articles on the simple tasks. I posted on here the "official" oil change method for a dry sump as I thought it confusing and I got a lot of replies given it's a simple job. Changing R500 wheels can be more of a challenge than you'd expect as well.
Phil
How about sending it into LOWflying to get the ball rolling even as a handy helpfull hints column, bet they find it hard to fill the mag each month anyway. Any wheel can be problem if you do not know where or how to jack a car up safely and the same goes for most jobs. Safety, tools required, parts etc it may inspire a few people and install confidence. I may repost this topic with a new title later.
