David Horne
Big thanks from me too *thumbup* to Geoff and everyone else involved in making the day happen. What a great circuit *thumbup* I found it a bit "intense" in the first session, but it got better with every session and when I had some clear track in the afternoon sessions it was really great to drive round, making the most of the car and the circuit. Great weather too! *cool* Just got to fix my broken speedo now! David
Tonycaterham
Well I was having a great day car was performing really well, till my engine went bang in the second afternoon session ☹️ I suspect my next few postings will be in the technical section! ECR
My thanks to all for organising a great day out. I enjoyed it even though I did very little driving. My oil pressure was worryingly low and after 4 hard trackdays in France (Le Sept/Bookatrack) I decided to sit it out. Having just compared pressures with a mechanical gauge I find that the VDO gauge/sender is reading 3 bar too low. Although it cost me a trackday, that's good news ! Thanks to the (many) friends that offered me drives in their cars Ex Chairman Roger Edited by - ECR on 23 Jul 2008 15:30:
The Polisher
Another vote of thanks to Geoff, Mav and all others invoved for a fantastic day. 😬 😬 It was our first venture into the red group and what a difference, those guys are seriously quick. I hope I kept out of their way and will invest in some better rubber before the next time. 😳 Dave H. Mad about S77ENS

Darren Ward
Pat Very interested in the video footage if you ever manage to work it out. I was in blue so you probably passed me a number of times 😬 Blue CSR 260, trying my hardest, but not hard enough by the way people were passing me. Standard road set up and only my second track day, so can't complain too much, and one of the best days I've had in a long time. Darren
