Don
Anyone know how long a Kilt should be worn ? Master WC is going to school as Macbeth tomorrow and the kilt has only just arrived ( I know ... he's just like Del ... any excuse to wear a frilly blouse and a skirt!! ) I think it's going to be too long on him, but should it still be below the knee if I take it up ?? JamesZ
Hi, It's meant to be long enough so that when you kneel down, it just grazes the floor. James.
Don
Heaven forbid GTD - I didn't actually mention the play, goodness knows what catastrophies would befall on the shed if I did *eek* He is Macbeth ( and in our interpretation he also has a long orange wig!! 😬) Thanks James Although the complication of the pleats may mean I'm rolling it over at the top rather than taking it up from the bottom 😔

GTD
I remember many years ago seeing the Scottish Play (WC - take note ) in modern dress - the Three Witches were dressed as the Marx Brothers for some reason!
