Kilt advice ...

Anyone know how long a Kilt should be worn ?

Master WC is going to school as Macbeth tomorrow and the kilt has only just arrived ( I know ... he's just like Del ... any excuse to wear a frilly blouse and a skirt!! *rolleyes* )

I think it's going to be too long on him, but should it still be below the knee if I take it up ??

Heaven forbid GTD - I didn't actually mention the play, goodness knows what catastrophies would befall on the shed if I did *eek* *eek*

He is Macbeth ( and in our interpretation he also has a long orange wig!! 😬)

Thanks James *smile* Although the complication of the pleats may mean I'm rolling it over at the top rather than taking it up from the bottom 😔

"What it was to be an English Lit student in the 1980's!! "

Mind you he had started studying before the war but kept failing the exams - finally in 1986 they'd got so fed up with him they gave him an honoury degree in HR

If you're still there GTD - the smallest WC could do with a few memorable quotes ... I don't know if your rusty memory banks can produce any rhyming couplets for him !!??
