millsn
This just doesn't look right. Can anyone tell me whether it is one way or another? Should the lines go under the final cross member or over? millsn
thanks for the feedback. What do you do tot make the panel fit? Does it need a cutout or is it just a case of rivet the thing down and smile?
Beverlonian
Mine is a recent Caterham and the pipe goes under the cross member there is no need for a cut out. You just trying to lose some weight! keepin left
Alaskossie
Mine is also a recent Caterham, and the brake line definitely goes under the rear crossmember. I don't like the looks of the brake line lying on top of the square tube, with a panel to be riveted tightly over it. Looks like an open invitation for a severe crimp..... BadBob
Here is a shot of the routing through the tunnel of my build. The kit was delivered in October. (Ignore the silicone sealer, I had been planning to seal over the whole length of the tunnel to stop water coming up from below.) See my Build Cam for progress on the Roadsport Sigma build. Now with photos!
