bl0498 Posted February 18, 2008 Share Posted February 18, 2008 Adam, I wouldn't rely on the MSA online license renewal quite so much. I tried to do mine online twice but it crashed out in exactly the same place (at the end of course!) each time. I spent some time with email correspondence with their IT man and after he told me to retry it a couple of times to no avail after software changes he simply told me to use the paper renewal form which I had almost thrown away.....
