Wiring of Ignition-kill switch and starter button

Please can anyone help - I have a 1.4K series which I have rebuilt - I have removed the old key ignition and installed a Farnell start button (as suggested by Lotus Seven Club) and safty ignition/kill switch (ignition key & assembly removed) - On the ignition I have established White/red is starter motor signal, Brown blue I have no idea (??), Brown 12v battery supply, the two whites - Ignition on/off, White on its own no idea (??)

I believe I connect the outer blade on the start button to the now removed white/red from ignition - I then connect the other outer blade on the start button to the spare connector on the ignition.

Do I remove white/white and connect to safty ignition/kill switch

Then connect brown 12 battery supply to outer blade of safty ignition/kill switch

What do I do with Brown/blue wire (??)

What do I do with single white on its own

Would really appreciate anyones help

*wavey*Welcome aboard.

There used to be a URL to this sort of thing but it appears to have been taken down. However I have a suitable wiring diagram so if you would like to send me a Blatmail I'll forward it to you. just click on the little mail icon above my post.
