Ben Long
I would question the validity of this car. A friend has emailed him some time ago, but no response. No previous eBay history either???

Neil MH
For what it's worth he has now added some text at the bottom of the ad, thanking people for the many emails and saying he will be adding some more information.
FTH
...... thanking people for the many emails and saying he will be adding some more information. That he's out the country due to a family bereavement, and that he needs an urgent cash sale? 😬 Edited by - FTH on 21 Jan 2008 14:21:
Claire Voyant
Genuine or not - it's not a Beaulieu. Wrong vintage. 1.8 Vauxhall AFAIK all Beaulieu were 1.6. Also they are not the steel Wellers which were OE on the Beaulieu - but that is not really of importance. alextangent
Weren't Beaulieu all this colour (bare ali, wellers, green nose/yellow band), and all made in 2001? Alex McDonald A loud 1700 SS in bits
Matthew Willoughby
I don't see why it can't be a Beaulieu. It could well be that the owner ticked several of the options boxes and took a couple of years to build it.
I reply to every thread
Doesn't actually seem daft cheap to me. Priced to sell maybe
CanAm
It could be Beaulieu no 49, registered 1/3/03 and advertised on here in 2003 and 2004. Black with red seat belts; steel wheels PLUS set of alloys as well and Vauxhall 1800 Supersprint engine. Priced around £14k at the time. It all seems to fit. TimNeill
But you bought the right car Alan! Is it running OK? Edited by - TimNeill on 22 Jan 2008 14:02:
I reply to every thread
4 years ago:The reason you haven't had much response is because you're asking almost the original price for it! I think you should be a bit more realistic. After all, a nice K series can be had for 14k. As I said - doesn't look cheap to me. 8V VX's aren't exactly sought after
CanAm
Hi Tim, Still running sweet as a nut. I'm glad I waited for a Supersport; the way it just zips through those gears always puts a 😬 on my face.
