wwestlake
I have a fully gas flowed K series head, done at Dave Walkers workshop. The results for it have been excellent as we acheived 30+% extra flow on his flow bench. This gave an extra 10 brake on the rollers. I now have a VVC head that I will be using so if anyone wishes use this please let me know. Will 07816 278405.

wwestlake
I would of though in the region of 275 complete with the valves which are profiled slighty to break the edges and enhance the flow along with followers and springs? Note that this gave me an extra 10 brake in the rollers, you should be able to find pictures of it in car and car conversions if you have the aug edition. There is also a set of 280 piper cams which worked very well with the above head. I would be looking for about 200 for this pair as they are practically new. Note that they are hydraulic so easy to fit and work just as well as mechanical cams without the bother up to 8000rpm. They give peak power at around 7600 rpm. I got 176 brake from a 1.6 with them and 193 out of a 1.8. Regards Will
