Oil temp sender

The standard Caterham bellhousing tank is tapped for the temperature sender. Is there something about the 21 chassis that prevents you fitting it there?

Yes I have seen your car (remember you let me try my VVC ECU on your car when I had a problem), I have a spare filter housing if you need one to play with. On the filter housing there are two outputs. On on the top and one underneath. You probably have the top one for you pressure sender but this leaves the lower one free. Just watch out for clearance under the car as you don't want an oil way hanging low below the chassis etc. Other option is to have a splitter on the pressure sender side. I have a brake hose (I think it was from a peugeot) that I used for my sender previously that you are welcome too but it might be too long. It has the right thread on for the housing but not sure about the sender for the temp. When I got mine I just went to motor parts direct and they let me go through all of their flexible brake hoses and I went with the housing etc until I found one with the correct threads. Not an easy way but it didn't take too long.
