A couple of foot of snow, and icicles, and the closer you got to the water falls it became sheet ice - would have closed it in the UK due to Health and Safety. Made all the better for seeing an oriental woman tottering along in high heels. Doubt she made it back alive, probably either slipped over the edge or broke ever bone in her body (it was tricky enough in flat soled boots.
